We want you to be happy with your learning. This policy explains when you can get a refund for paid courses bought on the Vascular NeuroEd learner site (“we”, “us”).
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course.
2. Not eligible for a refund
Courses where a certificate has been issued
Free courses and promotional or fully discounted enrolments
Live webinars and events, once attended (see section 5 for cancellations)
Requests made after the 7-day window or past 20% progress
Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms of use
3. How to request a refund
Email no-reply@vascularneuroed.org from your registered address.
Use the subject line “Refund request – [course name]”.
Include your order number, the date of purchase and the reason.
4. Processing
Review | Within 5 working days of your request |

Arrival | 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or provider |
Access | Removed once the refund is approved |
5. Cancelled or rescheduled sessions
If we cancel a course or webinar, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another session.
6. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice or charged without receiving access, contact us right away and we will correct it in full.
