cheat in quizzes or share answers
harass others or post unlawful, offensive or misleading content
attempt to disrupt, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site
3. Educational content, not medical advice
Courses are for education and professional development. They are not a substitute for clinical judgement or for advice about your own health.
4. Intellectual property
All course content, logos and materials belong to Vascular NeuroEd or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning.
5. Payments and certificates
Prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are subject to our Refund policy. Certificates are issued after you meet the course requirements and may be verified or revoked if obtained through misconduct.
6. Your content
Posts, reflections and forum comments remain yours, but you give us permission to display them on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice for serious breaches.
8. Liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
